Been living in my van, doing my sleeping and just about everything else sitting up in the driver's seat. This has led to a condition called lymphedema which caused my lower legs to swell, swell to point they broke open and are constantly draining.
So basically I've had open wounds on my legs for several months now, today my right leg was itching something fierce. The affected area is on back outside part of my leg where it is hard to view, what with the steering wheel in the way, my pant leg rolled down and the fact that I don't even want to look at that sh*t. Still that itching is driving me looney.
So I grab a paper towel, pull up my pant leg up and reach down there and give it a gentle wipe. Yuck, feels slimy, bring the towel back to eye-level... Aaaah its covered with maggots and most of them got knocked to the floor which is crawling with them. Yuck yuck yuck yuck and YUCK, yet I'm thankful for the experience because maybe it will light a fire under under me to heal thyself. Note, not going to hospital, would rather give every ounce of my body to the maggots than get jabbed and give my soul to Satan.
If you have any DIY insights into reversing or lessening my dilemma please share.
Thanks
